IBackup for Windows 9.5.2 or higher is compatible with Windows 7 and Vista.

Note: In case you face any problem while backing up or restoring files/folders using IBackup and related products, turn-off the 'auto-tuning' feature.

Follow the steps listed below to turn-off this feature. You should have administrator rights to do so.

Step1:
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories.

Step 2:
Right-click the 'Command Prompt', choose 'Run as Administrator'.

Step 3:
In the Command Prompt type netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled.
