IBackup's central management console


IBackup's new central management console summarizes the status of the scheduled online backups and makes it easy to access these reports using the web interface, from any location.

Here is how it works:

You can view the backup reports for your account and Sub-Accounts, using the web interface, from anywhere in the world.

For this, just log in to IBackup's browser-based application, Web-Manager. Click the 'Backup Status Report' link under the 'Reports' section. You can also get detailed information on a particular backup job here.

By default, a report for the last seven days is displayed. To view the complete backup report, click the link at the bottom of the page. This report is available only if you have opted to receive email notifications for the scheduled backup jobs.

You can also view the centralized scheduled backup report of all your Sub-Accounts. Click the 'Sub-Accounts/Workgroup' link under the 'Account Maintenance' section. In the page that lists all the Sub-Accounts, click  'View Sub-Accounts Backup Report'. To see a report belonging to a particular Sub-Account, click the 'View Backup Report' link corresponding to that Sub-Account.
