Your data resides on RAID-protected industry leading NAS/SAN storage devices with multiple levels of redundancy. Also, regular backups of your data are maintained on separate RAID-protected devices online, to quickly recover from any software or hardware failures.

  Browser Based Applications

IBackup for Windows transfers data using 128-bit SSL encryption and uses optional 256-bit proprietary encryption with user-defined key to store data. IBackup Drive, the Network mapping application, has 128-bit SSL encryption enabled by default.

IBackup Professional offers 256-bit AES encryption on storage in addition to 128-bit SSL encryption on transfer.

 

By default, all browser-based data transfer operations including sharing of files and folders use 128-bit SSL encryption.

The IBackup application is hosted at multiple world-class data centers. They are equipped to keep the servers up and running 24 X 7. The facilities are custom designed with raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems with separate cooling zones and seismically braced racks. They offer the widest range of physical security features, including state-of-the-art smoke detection and fire suppression systems, motion sensors and 24 X 7 secured access, as well as video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.
