Feedback Form

Use the 'Send Error Report' feature built-in to the IBackup Professional interface to report any application-related issues. This provides the IBackup Professional support team with details such as your system environment etc., that enables us to respond quickly. This feature is available on the IBackup Professional tray icon. To activate it, right-click the tray icon and click 'Send Error Report'. In case the tray icon is not active on the tray, go to Start > Programs > Startup > IBP Monitor.

The 'Send Error Report' mechanism automatically captures essential information - like your IBackup Professional Username etc. Enter the remaining details such as email address, your query etc. and send it across to us. Ensure that you have selected the 'Attach log / trace files' option from the check box.
