Why can’t I upload files?

This is because your location service is disabled. Enable the location services to upload files.

For iOS
To enable location services, go to Settings > Location Services > tap the button next to icon to turn ON the location service for IBackup.

Understanding iOS Location Services
IBackup app doesn't use your location data, and your GPS device is never directly accessed.

Every time you take a picture or video, your iOS device saves GPS data to the file so that other apps can show where the photo was taken.

To allow IBackup to upload multiple photos, Apple requires owners to authorize access to its location services. By permitting IBackup to access your photos this way, the IBackup app can upload your pictures seamlessly as if you are using a cable.

For more information about using location services on your iOS device, see Apple's Understanding Location Services article.
