In addition, regular backups of user data is maintained on separate raid protected devices online to quickly recover from any software/hardware failures. All browser based data transfer operations including file and folder sharing uses 128 bit SSL encryption by default.
IDrive and IDrive Multimedia, the Network mapping applications have 128 bit SSL encryption enabled by default. IBackup for Windows has 128 bit SSL encryption enabled by default. IBackup for Windows uses the Microsoft CryptoAPI for implementing Encryption of files on storage, and varies from 56 bit to 128 bit encryption based on the platform. IBackup Professional enforces 128 bit RC4 encryption on storage in addition to 128 bit SSL encryption during transmission. The Data Centers provides the physical environment necessary to keep the servers up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
