After installing Remote Access Host on your computer, double click on the icon.
Following are the steps to start Remote Access Host.
On starting Remote Access Host, you will be prompted for username and password, which will register the host computer on the RemotePC server.

You would be required to provide a Host description that would uniquely identify the computer. The Host description is useful especially when the user has multiple computers setup for remote access
After entering the Host description, the user needs to enter the Host key. This is an authentication password. Simply put, there are two levels of authentication, one pertaining to the main RemotePC account, and the other relating to the host computer.
Now the host computer is connected and ready to accept incoming connection from RemotePC Viewer. You will be able to confirm this state by checking the RemotePC icon in the system tray.
Once the Viewer is connected to the remote computer, the icon in the system tray of the host computer will change as below.
If you right click the RemotePC icon in the system tray, you can see options to change user information, enable/ disable Remote Access Host, disable sleep mode, view log files, install Remote printer and upgrade your host etc.
