1. To use the Rapid Serve service, your data size for backup must be at least 50 GB.

2. Anything less than 50 GB can be backed up at your end. It can take anywhere between a day to five, depending on the upload connection speed. If you feel that the initial backup may take longer, feel free to send us your hard drive. We will upload the data for you. On receipt of your hard drive, it will take us between two to five days to upload your data, depending on the number of requests that need to be processed.

3. All data will be permanently deleted from the External Hard Drive once it is uploaded to your IBackup account.

4. Should you desire IBackup to ship your data, the backed up data size must be at least 100 GB. It will take at least three to five business days for the data to reach you. Typically, you should be able to download your data within one to three days, as downloads are usually faster than uploads.
