Use the 'Send Error Report' feature built-in with the IBackup Professional interface to report any application related issues. This report mechanism provides the IBackup Professional support team with all the necessary details such as your system environment etc. that assists us in responding to you quickly. This feature is available on the IBackup Professional tray icon. To activate this, right click on the tray icon and click on Send Error Report. In case the tray icon is not active on the tray, you simply need to goto the Start > Programs > Startup > IBProf Monitor.
This 'Send Error Report' mechanism automatically captures essential information of your IBackup Professional username etc. Enter the remaining details such as email id, details on the issue itself etc. and send this across to us. Ensure that you have checked the option that says "Attach log/trace files".
