  How do I change my password ?
 


Login to your online backup account through the browser and go to 'My Profile' section under Account Maintenance. Here you can change the password and other account information.

  I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it ?
 


If you have forgotten your password, please fill in the following information and submit the form at forgot password page. A URL link will be sent to the e-mail address that is on record for your account. On clicking the link, your password will be reset to a new password which will be then e-mailed to your email address on record.

  How do I change my email address ?
 


Login to your account through the browser and go to 'My Profile' section under 'Account Maintenance'. Enter the new email address in the specified field and click on 'Save Changes'.

  How do I purchase more storage space ?
 


If you are already a subscribed member and you need more space and wish to upgrade your account:

1. Login to IBackup using your username/password
2. After you login, Click on 'My Profile' under Account Maintenance. Your current profile will be displayed and you can upgrade to a different subscription plan by clicking on 'Upgrade Account' link.

You may also download and fax or mail the Subscription Form

  How do I update my credit card information ?
 


Login to your online storage/backup account through a browser, go to 'My Profile' under Account Maintenance, click on 'Edit Credit card' to update credit card information.

  How do I cancel my subscription ?
 


IBackup is probably one of the very few web based services that allows for easy cancellation! In addition, if you have enrolled for a monthly plan, you even get a refund for the remainder of the month on a pro-rated basis. There are no refunds issued for an yearly subscription account.

To cancel your account, Login to your IBackup account through the browser, Go to 'My Profile' under Account Maintenance and click on 'Cancel Account'. Complete the cancellation form. You will receive an email confirming cancellation of your account.

  How do I downgrade my account?
 


Login to your account through the browser, Go to 'My Profile' under Account Maintenance and click on 'Upgrade Account'. This will take you to a page where different storage plans will be displayed. You can choose any storage plan that you can downgrade to.
