  What is Web-Manager?
 

Web-Manager is a browser-based application that makes it easy for you to access and manage your backed up files and folders. Using Web-Manager, you can create new folders, upload files, move, rename, delete and search files in your online account. For collaborative access, you can create Sub-Accounts or share links. You can also view your image files as thumbnails or a slideshow.

  How do I upload files to my IBackup account using Web-Manager?
 

Login to your IBackup account at http://www.ibackup.com and click the 'Upload File' icon. Browse to select the files that you want to upload and click the ‘Upload’ button.

  How do I download files from Web-Manager?
 

Login to your IBackup account at http://www.ibackup.com and click on the file name that you want to download to your machine. You will be prompted to either save it to your computer or open it directly in the associated application like Microsoft Word etc.

  How to set the time zone for my files and folders in my account displayed from the web?
 

Login to your IBackup account at http://www.ibackup.com. Go to My Account > Preferences to set the time format for files in your online backup account.

  How do I view the used quota for my account?
 

The quota refers to the storage space used by your backed up files and folders. To get updated quota information, click the ‘Recalculate’ button.

  How do I search files using Web-Manager?
 

You can locate files in your account by entering the full or partial file/folder name in the search box and clicking ‘Go’. The relevant files/folders are displayed.

  What are Snapshots?
 

IBackup retains earlier copies of your files and folders via the Snapshots technology. Snapshots refer to point-in-time images of a file/folder taken at a particular time, every day. Current limit for Snapshots is set for 10 days.

  What is the Manage Backup set feature?
 

The Manage Backup Set feature lets you manage your default Backup set from the web. You can also modify the backup schedule and view the log reports.

  What is Image Gallery?
 

Image Gallery displays images including photos backed up to your IBackup account.

Login to your IBackup account at http://www.ibackup.com and click 'Image Gallery'. Your image files are displayed as thumbnails. To view an image file, simply click its thumbnail to view it in actual size or as a slideshow. Also. there are options to view the next and previous images. Click the ‘Play' button if you want to see the images as an automated slide show. Click the 'Back' button to go back to the Image Gallery page.

  What is the Shortcuts feature?
 

You can quickly access your frequently used folders by adding them to the Shortcuts list. This feature is useful when you have a large directory structure and the folders are under this structure.

Note that you can add only the folders to Shortcuts and not files.

  How do I add or remove folders to/from the Shortcuts?
 

Login to your IBackup account at http://www.ibackup.com. Select the folders you want to add to shortcuts and click ‘Add to Shortcuts’. To remove a folder from the list of shortcuts, select it and click ‘Delete Shortcuts’.

  The Shortcuts link does not work. Why?
 

This could happen if you have removed or renamed the folder that was previously added to Shortcuts.
