| If your computer is behind a firewall
(For IDrive Plus only)
Please ensure the firewall your are using
allows access to IP "64.14.192.230" for proper IDrive
Plus functioning.
Please note that you may need to adjust
your firewall settings to allow access to the ports 139 TCP
to make IDrive Plus function properly.
If you are using ZoneAlarm, follow these
steps:
1. Open the main window of ZoneAlarm and
select the Security tab.
2. Click the Advanced button.
3. Click the Add button and select IP Address.
4. Enter "64.14.192.230" as the IP Address and "IDrive"
as description.
